What We Collect

We only collect what you enter. Booking through our scheduling provider records the time and details of your appointment.

• Home page form: property address, name and phone.
• Contact form: property address, name, phone, optional email and optional project details.
• Both forms: the page you submitted from, whether you ticked the optional call and text consent box, the consent wording version, and the time you submitted.

Where It Goes

Submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet run by Wasatch Turf Experts through Google Apps Script and shared only with the one installer described below.

How We Use It

To connect you with one independent turf installer serving your area. We share your details with that installer so they can contact you, see your yard and price the work. We do not sell your information to data brokers, marketing lists or multiple contractors.

Calls And Texts

If you tick the consent box, we and the installer may call or text you about your project, including with automated technology, an AI voice assistant or prerecorded messages. Consent is optional and is not a condition of getting an estimate. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell the caller, and we will honor it.

Retention And Your Choices

We keep submissions as long as needed to service the referral and for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time through the contact page, and we will remove you from any follow-up.

Cookies And Analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or build a cross-site profile of you. If we add analytics, it will be a privacy-preserving page-view counter and this section will say so.
